Our RG-230 provides full crankshaft grinding capabilities. It's allows us to maintaining the proper radius at each journal during grinding to enhance the crankshaft strength and life. Grinding to assure equal stroke length is vital in great performance.
All remanufactured motors and powerheads have been:
This machine is used in various milling aspects as needed.
Used for block cylinder boring and sleevework.
Fuel Injector Cleaning/Testing System
We have the ability to perform ultrasonic cleaning on injectors. This backflush procedure provides the most thorough cleaning possible. We can then test each injector's spray pattern and flow rate to ensure top performance.
CUDA MODEL H20 II
As part of the remanufacturing processes the block and many other parts are thoroughly cleaned in our Cuda pressure washing system.
We use Genuine OEM replacement parts from Mercury, Yamaha, Johnson, Evinrude, Suzuki, and Honda.
Motor housings are cleaned and repainted in our In-House paint shop. Our replacement decals are also done in-house. Factory decals may be requested at an additional charge.
All motors and dressed powerheads are tested in our in-house test cells with computerized monitoring. Each unit is run for approximately one hour in water conditions. For motors, you actual motor is run. For powerheads, your actual powerhead is placed on our universal base for testing.
The Gleason welder allows us to weld/buildup material on the journal before grinding it back down to the proper tolerances. This way we can create a strong repair in a journal that is soft or has pits/small cracks.
We do remind you that:
It is your responsibility is clean and/or rebuild, as necessary, all fuel components, including but not limited to carburetors/injectors, fuel pumps, fuel lines, and fuel tanks. Any of these could have been severely damaged by ethanol. Removal of ALL old fuel as well as questionable oil pumps and oil system components. Damages caused by failure of faulty overheating alarms or ignition systems, or lack of oil in fuel are not covered by warranty.
Check your current equipment...remember there is a reason your old motor failed!
We use diamond finish controlled hones to achieve the correct finish and size on each cylinder. This process is necessary to achieve the necessary clearances (.0025 to .0045 of an inch) needed for correct piston and ring operations.
